This could be presented as "Blanche Lincoln is co-sponsoring a bill allowing hundreds of super-wealthy executives to get out of paying taxes!" I'm sure someone else can frame this better for a commercial, but you get the idea - Blanche caters to the wealthy at the expense of ordinary families.
