As you read this, I’ll be boarding a plane to Providence, Rhode Island, for the 2012 edition of Netroots Nation, the annual gathering. Obviously the Wisconsin recall results and the nail it has begun to put on the coffin of organized labor will put a damper on the mood somewhat. But that makes it perhaps a good time for people of like minds to get together and figure out where they’ve gone wrong, and perhaps what, if anything, they’re going to do about it.
I’ll be reporting from the conference when possible, although I must admit that writing is very difficult amidst the whirlwind of events. I do have a flurry of interviews already planned. And I have also arranged a panel discussion for Friday morning on foreclosure fraud, featuring former SIGTARP Neil Barofsky, foreclosure fraud expert Lynn Szymoniak, and Malcolm Chu of Springfield No One Leaves, a foreclosure defense group. It takes place at 10:30 am on Friday, in Room 551.
Needless to say, if you are in Providence for the event, seek me out and say hello. And please try to come to what I believe will be an interesting discussion on Friday.

Oh great. Another “civil” progressive circle-jerk. Have fun in fantasyland. Walker won, big tobacco won, everyone is decrying but no one is girding for battle.
Be sure to take along a bunch of those airline barfbags; you’re gonna need them for all the puke thrown out by the DINOs and PINOs.
