As feckless as Obama is, at least he didn’t laugh at the idea of children not wanting to be killed. For the little he is suggesting, people on the other side want him impeached. People on the other side are volunteering to fire the first shot in civil warfare. Any president who would take this issue on would be facing a bloodthirsty, psychotic pack of inhuman animals. Rush Limbaugh is the disaster as a human being. Let’s keep some proportion here.

Section 1 – Short Title

This joint resolution may be cited as the ‘Authorization for Use of Military Force’.

Section 2 – Authorization For Use of United States Armed Forces

(a) IN GENERAL- That the President is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored such organizations or persons, in order to prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the United States by such nations, organizations or persons.

Just to be clear; Congress overwhelmingly resolved:

the President is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against persons he determines in order to prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the United States by persons.

That is an unending global war on individuals. The voters, We the People, have clearly ratified this unending global war on individuals because not a single member of Congress has lost an election because they support the unending global war on individuals. Obama won reelection after carrying out a more proficient unending global war on individuals than President Bush, or Presidents Clinton and Reagan who did so without the authority of Congress.

Want this war ended? Replace Congress with a majority opposed to war because the power to declare war rests in Congress.

And stop whining about elections being fixed. The 2014 elections will have millions of activists out going door to door trying to defeat Democrats in huge numbers because the Democrats do not sufficiently support killing people in large numbers. The NRA has already launched its first set of lies to justify more killing on the streets of America, condemning Obama and Democrats for not promoting more killing. The Republicans will be out seeking to defeat Democrats for not being pro-killing.
