UPDATE: David Wildstein takes the Fifth Amendment claiming any testimony might incriminate him.
David Wildstein is now testifying before the New Jersey Assembly Transportation Committee as Govenor Christie ends a two hour long press conference announcing both that he fired his Deputy Chief of Staff Bridget Kelly and revoked his former campaign manager Bill Stepien’s consulting contract with the Republican Governor’s Association and will not consider him to be chairman of the state Republican Party.
Earlier a judge ruled against Wildsteins suit to quash the committee’s subpoena.
